On Sunday afternoon April 11, 2010, Daddy's Spirit had the opportunity to attend the Philadelphia Flyers' greatest ever regular season hockey game in the "Captain's Corner."

In the words of one step-dad:  "We had a wonderful experience that we will never forget."

Those in attendance had the opportunity to witness the historic winner-take-all post-overtime shootout, punctuated by Claude Giroux's game-winning goal (pictured below from our vantage point) and Brian Boucher's game-winning save, which propelled the Flyers past the rival New York Rangers and into the playoffs, where they again made history rallying from a 3-0 series deficit in the Eastern Conference Semifinal against Boston, and rode their success all the way to within 2 games of capturing the Stanley Cup.
